Use the EVERYDAY menu to download the most up-to-date marketing assets to help support Racing, Sport & Digital in your venue.

The CAMPAIGN menu will update with the latest campaign materials.

To download more than one file at a time, click the Add to Folder icon to add an item to your TABIFY “shopping cart”. When ready, click the Toolkit icon to download all files to your device at once or email the files as a link to an email address.

Or you can download files individually by clicking the download icon.

Go to MY PROFILE and change the name and contact detail to the most relevant person. If you'd like to add an additional TABIFY Manager get them to register their details as a TABIFY Team member and call or email TABIFY customer service on 1300 453 313 or email help@TABIFY.com.au to request their TABIFY role is changed.

Yes. If you'd like to print your own POS materials, choose the "I'd like to print my own POS and/or download digital assets" from the Marketing Material Options

This will give you the option to download marketing materials to take to your local printer

We recommend you print your posters on 250gsm paper

Yes.  Both A3 & A4 posters can be downloaded and printed in venue

Digital assets are also available to download for display on blank screens and TV's throughout the venue.

If you created a Create My Own Promotion campaign, please allow up to three weeks for your printed POS and prize item to arrive.

 

Delivery rates vary depending on the prize item and POS material you choose and will therefore be automatically calculated upon checkout.

You will be able to view the delivery cost by hovering over the prize in the "Pick Your Prize" section of the Promotions page.

 

If you would like to start a "Create My Own Promotion" as soon as possible please choose downloadable assets only and a prize with a short lead time.

You cannot create a new campaign any later than 13 days before the live date. You can create a campaign up to 5 months in advance. 

If you have received the incorrect prize or the item is damaged please email help@tabify.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once a winner is drawn, TAB will contact the Venue Manager via email to notify them of the winners' details including Name, Email, Phone number and DOB. The Venue is then responsible for contacting the winner directly to arrange prize collection.

If the prize goes unclaimed beyond 2 months of the draw, the venue should notify TAB via help@tabify.com.au. A second chance winner will then be chosen for the venue to contact. 

Yes, you can access the Venue Guidelines here. All participating venues must comply with these guidelines. Failure to comply with these guidelines may impact the venue’s eligibility to participate in future LAM Promotions.
